We are in the main heart of the ancient Rome, on the nicest and quietest side of Trastevere. The apartment, very luminous, is on the third floor of a charming small building of 4 floors on Via di Santa Cecilia, a few steps from the Lungotevere and the beautiful Isola Tiberina (SEE MAP). Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Fori are easily reachable by a short walk. Perfectly restored, the apartment has very high wooden been ceilings and is nicely furnished.  It is provided with heating, TV set and ceiling fan in the bedroom. The view from the windows is wonderful and the atmosphere very cosy. A top class accommodation in the heart of the city ideal for 2/4 persons. Private shuttle service from/to the airport available on demand.

THE APARTMENT

The flat, 65 square meters, is very well kept and is on the third floor (no elevator) of a nice 4 floors old building on Via di Santa Cecilia, in the medieval heart of Trastevere. It is composed by a large entrance with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed,  living room with sofa and armchairs, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a TV set, just in case one evening you  feel tired of Roman beauties...  but to look out of the windows and admire the wonderful view of old roofs and green spots is certainly a lot better. The apartment is very luminous and extremely quiet and can comfortably accommodate up to four persons.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF TRASTEVERE 

Trastevere is the medieval heart of the city, one of the most well-liked and frequented areas of Rome (to know more about Trastevere see the site http://www.romecity.it/Trastevere.htm). If during the day the neighborhood is quite still, in the evenings it becomes one of the  favorites destinations to spend some time in a pub, or a in a wine bar, or else in one of the hundreds restaurants and pizzerias of any kind. The apartment is located in one of the rare quiet streets of the area (not to underestimate!) and allows you to be at the same time in the main "eye of the storm" and away from the turmoil. The location is ideal for those who want to explore Rome on foot: with a short walk you can reach piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Fori Imperiali.

  • The reservation is considered valid upon receipt of the advance payment.

  • Full payment will be due in Euro upon check in. No credit cards accepted.

  • Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
