THE APARTMENT

The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of a building recently renovated located on Viale Vaticano, very close to the Vatican Museums entrance and St. Peter's square. It is composed by a living room provided with double sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed  and one bedroom with twin beds. The full bathroom has bath tube+shower while the kitchen is provided with refrigerator, stove, electric kettle and a toaster. During the good season the large terrace is equipped with table and chairs and allows you to eat on the terrace and enjoy a spectacular view of the city.

• Minimum stay four nights.
• 20% of total amount is required as deposit when booking.
• The deposit must be sent in Italian currency or Euro by bank transfer or draft, or by  personal check.
• The reservation is considered valid on receipt of payment.
• Full payment in Italian currency upon check in. No credit cards.
• Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
