THE GARDEN
 
Charming and quiet apartment 500 meters away from Vatican Museums, in St. Peter's area (see street plan). A fully renovated flat with single, double and triple rooms, available both for bed and breakfast and short rents on self catering . A nice garden overlooks the city and is equipped with table and chairs to eat outside during the good season. In the same building also available the top floor apartment "Belvedere" (see Belvedere apartment ).
THE APARTMENT

The apartment is on the fist floor of a building recently renovated in Viale Vaticano, very close to the Vatican Museums entrance and St. Peter's square. It is composed by an entrance hall, one bedroom, that can accommodate two or three persons, one  bedroom for two persons and one single room. The bathroom is provided with bath tube and shower and the kitchen, nicely furnished, is equipped with refrigerator, stove, electric kettle and a toaster. The private garden, that overlooks the city, during the good season is equipped with tables and chairs for your relax.

Rates are all included.  Easter, Christmas and New Year's + 20% and minimum stay 5 nights
BOOKING CONDITIONS
  • Minimum stay four nights.
  • 20% of total amount is required as deposit when booking.
  • The deposit must be sent in Italian currency or Euro by bank transfer or draft, or by  personal check.
  • The reservation is considered valid on receipt of payment.
  • Full payment in Italian currency upon check in. No credit cards.
  • Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
