APARTMENT
Very large apartment of 100sqm located in Via Principe Eugenio, a few steps from the nice Piazza Vittorio, one subway station away from the main railroad station Termini (SEE LOCATION MAP) in Coliseum area. The apartment is on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a typical "umbertino" building (beginning of the XX century) and has been fully renovated this year.  Ideal location for a family or small group of friend, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six persons. TV set, air conditioning and central heating. Pick up service from and to the airport available an request.

THE APARTMENT

It is composed by entrance, two large bedrooms with double bed and living room with sofa bed for two. The bathroom, very nicely restructured, is with shower and has  a very practical access area provided with an extra washbasin.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  The all apartment has been completely renewed this year (new wooden parquet floor, bathroom and kitchen) and offers all the comforts, including TV set and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms and the living room gives onto a nice balcony that overlooks part of Piazza Vittorio and the cupola of Santa Maria Maggiore.

THE AREA OF PIAZZA VITTORIO

Piazza Vittorio is a typical example of architecture of the beginning of 1900: the very large square has a big public garden in the middle and is surrounded by vaulted open galleries full of shops of any kind. Very known the green market that takes place every morning, considered the most various and inexpensive of Rome. The subway station Vittorio Emanuele is very close to the apartment and is also easy to move around walking: Santa Maria Maggiore is very close and with a 10/15 minutes walk you can reach the Coliseum and the Forums.

Rates are all included.  Easter, Christmas and New Year's + 20% and minimum stay 5 nights
BOOKING CONDITIONS
  • Minimum stay four nights.
  • 20% of total amount is required as deposit when booking.
  • The deposit must be sent in Italian currency or Euro by bank transfer or draft, or by  personal check.
  • The reservation is considered valid on receipt of payment.
  • Full payment in Italian currency upon check in. No credit cards.
  • Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
