The Vatican Walls apartment is located in Via Sebastiano Veniero, 78, in the Prati neighborhood,  a few steps from the Vatican Museums entrance and St. Peter's square (SEE MAP) a perfect location to explore Rome by foot or using the comfortable subway with is very close (stop Cipro-Musei Vaticani). The large apartment has been completely renovated and is located on the third floor (no elevator) of an old building (1927) with a typical entrance-courtyard.  Ideal for four persons, the apartment is provided with air conditioning in every room, independent heating, satellite TV. On request is possible to have the use of a mobile phone with rechargeable  Italian card.

THE APARTMENT

Very nicely furnished, the apartment is composed by a large drawing room, two double bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room where you will find a comfortable sitting corner with sofa,  arm chairs and TV,  and a large dinner table. One bedroom is provided with king size bed while the second bedroom can be with double or twin beds on request. The bathroom is with shower and the kitchen is fully equipped.

THE AREA

The apartment is  in the Prati neighborhood and is located at 100 meters away from the Vatican Museums entrance near St Peter, a very good position from where is easy to reach walking, beside the Vatican City, many other places of cultural and tourist interest.

TRANSPORTATION

The closest subway stop is "Cipro- Musei Vaticani" (Line A) from where the house is easily reachable in few minutes walking: it is enough to follow the yellow signs "Musei Vaticani", take via Candia, turn right on Via Mocenigo and then right again on Via Sebastiano Veniero. Many bus lines connect directly to the rest of the city 19,32, 23,492, 495, (70 also during the night). Private shuttle service from/to the airport available on request.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Minimum stay four nights. For one/two days accommodations try availability a week before arrival. 

  • 20% of total amount is required as deposit when booking.

  • The reservation is considered valid upon receipt of payment.

  • Full payment in Euro upon check in. No credit cards.

  • Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise deposit will be lost.
